We collect the documents you upload to fax, the destination fax number, your email or account details, and basic technical data (device, browser, IP) needed to operate and secure the service. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
How we use your information
We use your information solely to transmit your fax, confirm delivery, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with the law. We do not sell your personal information or your documents.
Document retention
Uploaded documents are encrypted in transit and at rest and are removed from our active systems after your fax is sent and the delivery record is generated. Transmission metadata (such as date, destination, and status) may be retained for billing, support, and legal compliance.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us operate — our telecom carrier, cloud hosting, and payment processor — under agreements that require them to protect it. We may disclose information if required by law.
Your choices
You may request access to or deletion of your account information by emailing us. Note that we may need to retain certain records to meet legal and billing obligations.
